Hong Kong Baowei Precision Mould Factory was established in Hong Kong since 2003, and moved to Shenzhen Pingshan sunshine industrial area in 2006. We are specialized in high precision mould design\development\manufacture and plastic moulding. We have an integrated office building of more than 12,000 square meters and have a multidisciplinary team of managers, engineers and technicians over 350 people with excellent and rich experiences in our company activities. Especially for the plastic moulds of the auto parts\digital products and communication parts we have many years operating experience. By the means of our excellent and dedicated team work, we have concentrated our efforts and succeeded in making our company prosperous and successful. Baowei has became a competitive and energetic market leader in domestic mould industry.

Base on years of manufacture and design experience for exporting to Europe and America, we had collected and compiled Baowei own <<The Rulebook of Baowei Mould Design And Operation>>. We adopted the advanced UG\PRO/E\CIMATRON\AUTOCAD and MASTERCAM software to facilitate design and manufacture. More than 70% of mould manufacturing technician, design engineers, quality engineers and managers have worked for us over 6 years, this has enabled us to keep mould quality, stability and get the customers favorable trust and compliment as well as long term cooperation. All of our main production equipment is top-grade from Spain, Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan and other places. This has enabled us to increase productivity and to produce mold and molding of high quality with a high level of stability\reliability and consistency. We believe that our rich design, manufacture experience and strict, scientific quality management system is given confidence and guarantee for customers at home and abroad, and it will make us more and more confident to face and benefit from the challenges and opportunities of the global economic integration.
